Order Change / Cancellation

Yes, if customer sends a request to change before order status change to “IN Progress”. You can make a change request by sending us an email at: info@artcolorspress.com. One of our Customer Service representative will contact you and help you to change the order.

Yes, Our company gives the option to customer to cancel an order before printing or shipping. Following two options are available to customers

1. Before Order Status Change to "IN PROGRESS"

If a customer claim for refund or cancel the order before order status change to “IN Progress” company liable to refund only 80% printing price of the product and 100% shipping cost after deduction bank charges for refunding

2. Before Order Status Change to "SHIPPED"

If a customer claim for refund or cancellation of the order after order status change to “IN Progress”, the company will only liable to pay 100% shipping cost amount after deducting bank charges for refunding

Notice:

  • Bank charges for refunding depend upon the customer choice of refunding method , available refunding methods are direct bank transfer or western union
  • Tax amount is not refundable at all

Ordering

  • Go to the product page and choose the appropriate options according your requirement such as Paper, Size, Colors, UV Coating/Lamination and Production Turnaround etc. The price of your product will be updated automatically on your screen after your selection of options.
  • After choosing your product and its options, upload your artwork file and add a special note if necessary. If you have multiple artwork files for same product, please zip all files and then upload it.
  • Next step you will be taken to “Shopping Cart” page where you will be asked to select your destination country to help us determine your shipping costs based on selected product’s weight. Before you can continue placing your order, you will be prompted to log in. If you do not have a Art Colors Press account, you will need to take a moment to register.
  • On next step system will be asked you to enter your Billing Address, Shipping Address in the appropriate form fields. Then be sure to review your order details to ensure everything is correct.
  • Last step you will go to order confirmation page, here you will select appropriate payment from available options such as Credit/Debit Card, PayPal Checkout and Bank Transfer.

To upload artwork or mail list files for a future order, click the "My Artwork" button at the top of any page on our website. Then log in to your account (or register if you don’t have an account) and follow the instructions for uploading new files. The “My Artwork” page also allows you to view the files you have uploaded previously. After you have ordered a job, you can attach any of your previously uploaded artwork files by going to the “Job Details” page. There you will be directed to select artwork to be attached to a job.

In addition, we will email you whenever the status of your order changes (e.g., your job is ready for pick-up or shipment).

Art Color Press does not run on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and weekend not included when calculating your turnaround time and shipment time.

Payments

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Debit/Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express)
  • PayPal Checkout
  • Direct Bank Transfer We do not accept purchase order, checks and money orders.

If you pay by credit card, the money is charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed. If you are a government or educational institution paying by purchase order, you will be invoiced once your order has been placed and Art Colors Press has approved your purchase order request.

Production Time

Our Products have different turnaround time and it varies from one day to eight business days. Remember Production Turnaround time for your order begins once your order has been placed and your print-ready artwork files have been uploaded, attached and approved. If you ordered a PDF proof, your turnaround begins when we receive approval for your proof.

In addition, turnaround time does not include shipping time, and you should allow additional business days for delivery based on the shipping method you selected.

Please note that Art Colors Press production facilities are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. As a result, these days are not considered when calculating turnaround time.

Production Turnaround time for your order begins once we receive your order and verify your uploaded artwork file according to our printing standard and found no error in it. In case you want to get PDF proof before printing then production time will be started once product proofing approved by you. Proofing approval time estimate 24 hours to 72 hours

Due to following causes turnaround time can begin on time:

  • Your artwork files have not needed uploaded properly
  • Your artwork files do not pass our printing standards.
  • Approval for your proof has not been received by Art Colors Press in timely

No, Turnaround time refers to our production turnaround time, which does not include shipping time.

Yes, you will also receive confirmation and/or order status update emails between the time of order placement and order receipt. For example, once your order ships, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to you.

Art Colors Press uses order numbers to identify and track every print job as it moves through the Art Colors Press system, from file submission to production to shipping. An order number is automatically assigned to your print job(s), and you can use this order to track, locate, and verify the shipment of your print job(s), and keep track of other pertinent shipment details.

Sales Taxes

Our company does not charge sales tax on any product.

Shipping

You can view shipping rate on “Shopping Cart” page, here when you will select your destination country and desired shipping method, system will calculate shipping rates based on your selected product’s weight and your destination country zone using DHL services.

Note: Shipping cost not included custom duty, excise duty or import vat customer has to pay himself these amounts on receiving product according to his local country law if applicable

Yes, we offer international shipping.

Shipping delivery date depends on your select shipping method and production turnaround time end date.

No, you cannot ship one order to multiple locations due to shipping service constraint. For that purpose you have to split your order into multiple orders, each for different location. For more detail you can contact us http://www.artcolorspress.com/contact-us

You will receive an automated email as soon as your Job Status changes to "Shipped". You may also visit the "My Orders" section of your account to check your job status.

We ship worldwide using major carriers such as DHL Express.
